We found that a visual Index of the world’s foods was needed. An information base that gives the user all the information they need to use the product.
Every fish and every meat at your fingertips.

The fundamentals are universal and do not care who you are, or where you are from.
The universal techniques and technical properties of cooking is the same.
A chicken is build the same way in Uganda as in Denmark there for we can teach the fundamentals

But how to decide what produce use or what technique to follow?
well... after 6 mouths of testing and debating we settled on two simple sentences.
