nOmy seeks to collaborate on culinary education and food projects with organisations, companies and private entities.

The goal is to create real change in how people learn about and use food all around the world. nOmy wants to secure better practices, better products, and better results.

nOmy would love to bring like-minded organisations and investors together to boost sustainability and raise the global standard in the food sector.

SDG Youth Ambassadors

Since may 2021 nOmy has been the key educator in an international program, formed around knowledge transfer between culinary students from Denmark and Kenya.

This program started as a pioneer project in 2021 at the Danish People’s dialogue festival.
The focus is to give culinary students the best foundation to elevate from.

By teaching sustainability and structure within food and service we are pushing the fundamentals of our consumerism.
And by making the youth into ambassadors and champions we are building a bette tomorrow.

nOmy Academy

As an Academy, nOmy is focused on delivering information and knowledge to everyone! This system was created with accessibility at its center.
We challenge traditional education, and aim to bridge the gap between those who can afford and those who can not, or are set at a disadvantage by other factors like time and distance.
We will disrupt the system of technical education and thereby improving opportunities for thousands all over the world.

Using the platform we also develop multiple courses, on nutrition and food waste

Our team is strongly committed to developing and supporting communication and education structures that can be implemented in different sectors and used for positive impact in vulnerable areas.


Food waste management and guidance for industry and private sector.
Helping Grassroots initiatives further their efforts, especially Coffee Farming.

And locality based food scene projects, helping transforming the restaurant scene in Kenya.
